Welcome!

What started out as a part time job, helping out a family member with their mobile pizza scheduling,  turned into a full-time life change. 

 

When offered the opportunity to take what we had learned and create a new business, we prayed about it, and discussed the options, and decided, authentic wood fired pizza, mobile events, great customers, a full but seasonal schedule, why not.

With that Rubi's Brickoven Pizza was born.  We hope to bring you a warm friendly atmosphere, a relaxed and fun experience and the best mobile wood fired pizza in central Illinois.
